QUENCH OILS

EMBLEM Quench Oils are premium quality products developed to insure superior quenching stability. They are designed to produce a high degree and uniform hardness to steel with minimum evaporation loss or deterioration from continued service.

EMBLEM Quench Oil is available in two grades, Quench Oil 100 is recommended for normal service ranging from 130 ^oF to 150 ^oF, whereas Quench Oil 250 is formulated for temperatures from 200 ^oF to 300 ^oFand is suitable for marquenching with low risk of cracking or distortion to finished product.
