CUTSOL AND CUTSOL EP

EMBLEM Cutsol is a general purpose emulsifiable oil capable of producing a stable emulsion even with very hard water. Cutsol contains a germicide to prevent bacterial growth and objectionable odors. Proportions for use may range from 1 part oil to 10 parts water up to 1 part oil to 50 parts water.

EMBLEM Cutsol EP will handle a wide range of cutting applications and can be used in high oil to water ratios for efficiency and economy. Cutsol EP is recommended for heavy duty cutting applications where common cutting oils are used on plain carbon steel yet offers quality and protection in machining stainless steels and hard alloys where dimensional control depends upon fast removal of heat during a wide range of cutting speeds.

Notes of caution: * Always add the oil to the water. * Keep from freezing.
